Open Gym at The Larry Tucker Marist Sportsplex

What a day we had today at the Marist Sportsplex.  The Marist Football and Girls Soccer Programs hosted an open gym for grade school students.  All participants reported having a fantastic time.

A very special thanks to coaches Mike Fitzgerald, Brian Berg, Jim Looney, Drew Quick, Chris Roe, and Sean Maxwell for planning this incredible event and dedicating a Sunday to the cause. 

Thanks also to Mary Barry for working with the coaches to coordinate this event, getting the word out, creating all the paperwork/signage and registering the kids.  Awesome job! 

Finally, we have to acknowledge the football and girls soccer teams who came out and spent their day being awesome role models to these younger kids, while supporting their teammate, Michael Flynn, and his family.  This truly is the epitome of Marist Family.  ⚽️🏈❤️🖤 Marist High School Chicago
